All products COMPANY

Five countries, one group, each company on its own calendar and currency.

A company is born with its financial calendar already in place, years that chain with no gaps or overlaps, books in one base currency with a two-level exchange-rate book where the accountant's rate always beats the feed, and every "what day is it" decision made in the company's own timezone.

What it does

  • An Indian and a US company in the same group each run their own year boundaries, and the database refuses any fiscal year that leaves a gap or overlaps.
  • Ready-made setup packs — chart of accounts, tax roles, numbering — versioned and content-hashed; a company records which pack it was born from, and applying the same pack again changes nothing.
  • A rate the company entered itself always beats the tenant-wide feed; rates carry effective-from dates; if no rate covers a date the system asks rather than guesses; buy and sell are independent series, stored to ten decimal places.
  • Every "which day is today" decision — batch expiry, overdue checks, which financial year a document belongs to — is made in the company's own timezone, so an invoice keyed at 11:45 PM lands on the right local date.

Also built in

  • Tax computed on every document — Indian GST first, each further country as an additive engine dispatched by the company's country and never defaulted.
  • GST registrations as dated records with their own thresholds and filing frequency.
  • The Income-tax Act 2025 changeover with section references rendered by document date.
  • Fiscal year close and reopen as documents.
  • Provisioning packs carrying chart, rules and reconciliation presets so a fourth entity looks like the first.
Global

Five regional profiles — India, United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Australia — setting fiscal-year convention, currency, date and number formats, week start and timezone, and relabelling forms with the right tax identities. Withholding-tax sections seeded for all five.

India, at depth

April to March, a 15-month first year as the Companies Act allows, year-labelled numbering that restarts each year, GSTIN, PAN and CIN with format checks, TDS and TCS sections, and 22,000 product classification codes.
