TRUST & COMPLIANCE

Proof is a structural property.

In a regulated business, the question is never only "what does the software do?" It is "what can you prove, to whom, years later." Zeflash is built so the answer does not depend on anyone remembering to be careful.

A database per customer

Each customer’s data lives in its own dedicated database; within a customer, each company sits in its own compartment, and files live in per-customer storage. Which customer a request belongs to is taken from the signed login, never from anything a caller can type.

Who changed what, stamped by the database

Roughly seventy business tables are stamped by the database itself with who created and last changed each row. A service acting on behalf of a person records the person; system writes carry a distinct marker.

A permanent ledger of cause and effect

A rejected inspection quarantining a batch, scrapping a serialised unit, opening a non-conformance, escalating to a corrective action — recorded append-only across modules, so any outcome traces back to its origin. Entries are never edited or deleted.

Controls that are structural, not procedural

Permissions deny everything by default. Separation of duties is enforced for quality work. The switches that turn regulatory controls on or off cannot be flipped by an ordinary settings admin — only the owner, or someone explicitly granted that single switch. Nobody can grant a permission they do not hold.

Sessions you can end in seconds

Logins are signed with a private key only the core holds. Refresh tokens are single-use with automatic theft detection. Any session is revocable immediately, with who and why recorded, and takes effect group-wide within 30 seconds.

Documents that prove they were not altered

Certificates are numbered per financial year, watermarked, digitally fingerprinted and version-chained. A reissue states its reason, the previous version is watermarked Superseded, and a one-click check re-verifies the whole chain for an auditor.
